Nowadays, when a person uploads a photo to their social networks, it is the same photo before being posted, it was edited, either by that same person or by a professional.
There are several apps that help us to see the picture with better quality. Here we leave a list of apps that will help you.
1. Snapseed
Snapseed is one of the most popular iPhone photo editing apps. It's easy to use, but at the same time offers a powerful collection of tools.
This app has a great set of basic photo editing tools, such as exposure, color, sharpening, and cropping. You can also make selective adjustments and remove unwanted objects.
Creative filters allow you to enhance or change the mood of your images. You can convert your photos to black and white, apply textures and add blur effects.
2. VSCO
VSCO is another very popular photo editing app. It's one of the best photo filter apps for iPhone. The vast collection of filter presets emulate the look of a classic film. VSCO is perfect if you like to create a vintage or understated look in your photography.
VSCO is FREE on the App Store and comes with a basic collection of presets. You can download more presets if you wish. Some are free while others cost a few dollars.
3. Afterlight 2
Afterlight 2 is easy to use despite its comprehensive set of editing tools.
For basic edits, this app offers the typical color, exposure, sharpness and crop tools. But where it stands out in its advanced editing features, such as curves and selective color. The filters and overlays in Afterlight 2 are great for enhancing or changing the mood in your photos. The app comes with a set of filters, and you can add more collections of filters for free.
4. Enlight
This is the perfect app if you like to get creative with your editing. As well as more traditional editing tools, it has a great selection of artistic effects. You can turn to picture into a drawing or painting and add other design elements to your photos.
6. Instagram
Instagram does not have the same range of tools as apps like Snapseed. But if your photo does not need any selective or advanced adjustments, it may be all you need.
It has tools for adjusting exposure, color and sharpness. You can crop, rotate, straighten and correct perspective. And you can add to vignette or tilt-shift effect.
It also has a variety of adjustable filters to change the look and feel of your image. If you prefer to edit your photos in a different app, you can still apply an Instagram filter before sharing.
7. Adobe Lightroom CC
Adobe Lightroom CC gives you a powerful, yet simple solution for editing your photos. It also includes a camera that can capture images in RAW format.
Lightroom is suitable for both beginners and advanced users. You can edit a photo in seconds with the one-tap presets.
The app is free to download, but you'll need to pay to upgrade to the premium features.
8. Mextures
Mextures is a fantastic app for applying textures to your iPhone photos. It also has a wide range of other effects including grain, light leaks, and gradients.
Each effect is adjustable, and you can combine as many as you want using the layers feature. The app also has a set of standard editing tools and filters for fine-tuning your image.
9. Lens Distortions
Its high-quality overlays include sunlight, lens flares, rain, snow, and fog. There are also shimmer effects and glass elements to add sparkle or blur to your image. Combine several different effects for a unique look.
Use the sliders to adjust the opacity, brightness, contrast, and color of each overlay. Make the elements stand out for a bold look, or tone them down so they blend in.

Superimpose X is the next generation of the popular Superimpose app. Use this app for combining and blending several photos into a single composite image.
It has a good choice of masking tools for selecting different kinds of subject. The Refine Hair tool is particularly useful for selecting hair in portrait photos. You can adjust the blend mode and opacity of each layer to fine-tune how the images blend together.
